Vedic Chant Center Workshop

About the Vedic Chant Center

The Vedic Chant Center is a place to experience and learn the art of Vedic Chant. Vedic texts, thousands of years old, are presented in the Sanskrit language and contain wisdom still relevant to the challenges we face in the modern world. But it is the act of chanting itself that brings life to these texts as well as to the person listening and reciting.

Recognizing the need to present Vedic Chant in a way that is easily accessible to all, instruction for beginners is given simply and with respect for each person's natural abilities. Later on, more advanced students gain skills in the complexities that make Vedic chant an interesting and challenging discipline. For everyone Vedic Chant provides an opportunity to be inspired by sacred sounds flowing from the human voice.
