Yoga Sutras of Patañjali
Coming out of an oral tradition thousands of years old, the aphorisms of the Yoga Sutra are meant to be received, memorized and understood in the context of on-going instruction by a teacher and continuous effort by the student. Through this traditional learning process, the meaning of these ancient words of wisdom and their relevance to our modern lives is revealed.
